Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas & Nebraska - RFP for Dirt Work/Conservation Services
Sac and Fox Nation issues this Request for Proposals for Terrace & Conservation Contract Services from qualified firms for an EQIP Project located in Richardson County, NE. This RFP is open to all qualified, responsive firms. Indian Preference will apply, however it will in no case be the sole deciding factor in awarding work. The Nation reserves the right to reject any and all submittals according to the best interest of the tribe. The Nation reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in regard to this RFP process.
