Sac and Fox Nation issues this Request for Proposals for Terrace/Tile Outlet Conservation Contract Services from qualified firms for an EQIP Project located in Brown County, KS. This RFP is open to all qualified, responsive firms. Indian Preference will apply, however it will in no case be the sole deciding factor in awarding work. The Nation reserves the right to reject any and all submittals according to the best interest of the tribe. The Nation reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in regard to this RFP process.
This RFP is being circulated by the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska to secure a Contractor to build tile terraces and underground outlet pipe per the NRCS Table of Quantities for Tract 1966: Line Items include approx. 437’ of pipe (from 6” to 12”), etc. Any contractor interested in providing these services should field verify the conditions and distances. The field will be staked by NRCS.
